This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 17.06.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1553 of 2016.

2. This Court vide order dated 17.06.2022, issued a direction to the temple authorities not to make any noise pollution by fixing the loud speakers and create traffic congestion within the locality. However the learned Special Government appearing on behalf of the respondents submit that no speaker has been fixed by the temple authorities within the locality.

3. Recording the above submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
