ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30928 of 2024, dated 17.12.2024, that the petitioner shall stay at Vellore and report before the Inspector of Police, Sathuvachari Police Station, Vellore everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and charge sheet filed.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30928 of 2024, dated 17.12.2024, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
