ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to investigate the Crime No.34 of 2020 and to file a final report within a stipulated time. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 26.01.2020, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months.

receipt of copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
