K.KALYANASUNDARAM.,J This Original Petition has been filed under Section 8(2) of the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, 1956 r/w Order XXI Rule 2 and 3 of O.S.Rules seeking permission to receive the minors' share in service benefits of the deceased V.Srinivasalu and to deposit the same in the names of minors in any Nationalized Bank.

2. The marriage of the petitioner with one V.Srinivasalu was solemnised on 04.09.2009 and during the lawful wedlock, two minor children viz., S.Niranjana and S.Tejeash were born to them on 17.11.209 and 12.01.2012 respectively.

3. It is further stated that the petitioner's husband V.Srinivasalu was working in BSNL, Chennai and he died on 28.04.2015 due to cardiac arrest. Due to the sudden demise, the petitioner is suffering physically as well as financially and the employer of the deceased asked the petitioner to produce Guardianship certificate for payment of her service benefits.

4. Mr.E.Vinoth Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the respondent is the mother-in-law of the petitioner and there is no dispute with regard to the payment of the minors' share. It is further stated that the

petitioner would deposit the shares of the minors in a Nationalized Bank till they are attaining majority.

5. Mrs.T.Ramya, learned counsel appearing for the respondent would state that the respondent has no objection for allowing this petition.

6. In the light of the above fact, this Original Petition is ordered as prayed for. The petitioner is directed to deposit the entire shares of the minors in Indian Bank, High Court Branch, Chennai-104 till they are attaining majority. 31.10.2019 KMI
