ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This anticipatory bail petition is filed for the third time by the prime accused against whom the FIR specifically attributes and overtact calling the defacto complainant and demanding ransom of Rs.5 lakhs after kidnapping the husband of the defacto complainant.

2.Learned Government Advocate says that while the other two accused already been arrested and released on bail, this petitioner, who is the key behind the crime is absconding and special investigation team is constituted to apprehend him. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner states that substantial portion of the investigation already completed and the complaint itself is filed only to settle civil dispute between Muthuraj and A2 Veeramani. However, from reading the F.I.R., this Court finds that the accused and others were partners in real estate business and thereafter, to extract money from Muthuraj, they have kidnapped and demanded ransom. found in FIR does not warrant to grant anticipatory bail. This court after considering the fact already dismissed the earlier anticipatory bail petition on 22.10.2020, though more than five months have lapsed, there is no change in the circumstances to reconsider the earlier order. Hence, this anticipatory bail petition is dismissed.
