K.Tamil Selvi v. The District Registrar Administration

WMP.Nos.7058 & 7060 of 2024 in W.P.No.33564 of 2023 N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.

These petition have been filed to implead the Zonal Health Officer Zone - IV Greater Chennai Corporation as fourth respondent in the Writ Petition and to raise additional grounds.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the fourth respondent issued a letter dated 22.11.2023 wherein it is clearly mentioned that the death certificate relied on by the second respondent is not a genuine one and hence, his presence is required in this Writ Petition.

3. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, these petitions areordered.

4. The registry is directed make necessary amendment in the writ petition and post the writ petition before this Court on 22.04.2024. The registry is directed to print the name Mr.P.T.Ramkumar for the impleaded respondent in the cause list. The petitioners are at liberty to raise all their grounds in the Writ Petition.
