[ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks in Crl.OP.No.1455 of 2021 dated 10.02.2021 before this Hon'ble Court and pass such other orders deems fit and proper for the circumstances of the case.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.N.BALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.J.C.DURAIRAJ, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
