This Civil Revision petition has been filed against the scheme decree passed by the Scheme Judge, Principal Sub Judge, Mayiladuthurai, made in D.No.14 of 2019 in O.S.No.234 of 1994 dated 02.02.2019 in respect of the first respondent appointment as member of second society.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that as the tenure of the first respondent is already over, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision. Page 2 / 4
