COMMON ORDER The learned counsel for the petitioner in all these writ petitions submitted that challenging the cancellation of patta issued by the 1st respondent/revisional authority, these writ petitions have been filed. He further submitted that subsequent to the passing of the impugned cancellation order, petitioners herein have filed suits before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur in O.S. Nos.288 to 291 of 2012 in which judgment was passed on 11.04.2014 based on which, patta has been issued in favour of the petitioners in all these writ petitions on 06.11.2015. Hence, the learned counsel submits that nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions. 2.
Recording the fair submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, all these writ petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
