This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to comply the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pappireddipatty dated 16.02.2024 and to return the Vehicle bearing registration no.TN-55-BB1218 in Crime No.157/2023 on the file of the respondent within the time fixed by the Court in accordance with law.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the vehicle has been handed over to the petitioner on 16.02.2024.
