The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the Freedom Fighters Family pension due to her has not been paid properly. 2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents R1 and R2 made a submission that the Family Pension has already been disbursed in favour of the writ petitioner and the petitioner is continuously receiving the family pension in accordance with the rules in force.

3.However, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner states that Pass Book in this regard has not been furnished to the writ petitioner. It is left open to the writ petitioner to approach the competent authorities for getting the Pass Book and the entries in the Pass Book. However, the respondents are paying the family pension in accordance with the rules and therefore, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the relief as such sought for in this writ petition.

4.With these observations, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. s/d- Assistant Registrar(CS-V) True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar kak To 1.The Secretary to Government, of India/Bharat Sarkar
