ORDER

This writ petition is filed praying for a writ of Certiorari challenging the charge memo dated 11.09.2020 in C.No.A3/8492/2020 dated 11.09.2020.

2. Learned Senior Advocate would submit that there was an order of interim stay wherein the petitioner was directed to participate in the proceedings, however, no orders were to be passed.

3. It is submitted by both the learned Senior Advocate appearing for petitioner and learned counsel for respondent that the enquiry is now over and final orders are to be passed.

4. This Court suggested that the final orders may be passed by the appropriate authority within a time frame and if petitioner is aggrieved by the conclusion or any finding, petitioner may work out their remedy in the manner known to law. Agreed to by learned counsel for petitioner and respondent.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to pass final orders as expeditiously as possible. It is open to the petitioner to make any representation or submissions before the final orders are to be passed and the same shall also be considered by the appropriate authority

and proceed to pass final orders. All rights and contentions are left open. It is also made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
