Comp. Application No.295 of 2016 in C.P.No.216 of 2015 RAJIV SHAKDHER, J.

1. Pursuant to arguments, the orders in the application was reserved on 12.08.2016. The application was put up for clarification on 23.08.2016.

2. Mr.V.Ayyadurai, learned Additional Advocate General, on 24.08.2016, sought time to obtain instructions in the matter. Today, the learned Additional Advocate General, has returned with the instructions. 2.1. It is contended by the learned Additional Advocate General that the two notices, which are the subject matter of the captioned application, being: notice dated 13.11.2015, which is relatable to pending Document No.94/2015 and notice dated 23.11.2015, which pertains to pending Document No.99/2015 shall be withdrawn, albeit, with liberty to issue fresh notices, if necessary, in accordance with law.

3. In these circumstances, the prayer made in the application, for the moment, is rendered infructuous.

3.1. However, in case, fresh notices are issued by the Office of the SubRegistrar, concerning the subject sale deeds, the applicant would be at liberty to take appropriate remedy, albeit, in accordance with law. RAJIV SHAKDHER, J.

4. At this stage, Mr.Ayyadurai, learned Additional Advocate General, assure this Court that action if any be taken, qua the subject sale deeds, will be taken within a period of six weeks from today, failing which, the Sub Registrar, will register the concerned sale deeds. 4.1. The said statement is taken on record.

5. This application is, accordingly, disposed of. Comp. Application No.804 of 2016 in Comp. Application No.295 of 2016

6. In view of the orders passed in Comp. Application No.295 of 2016, Mr.Ramakrishnan, says that the application, for the moment, has been rendered infructuous, and therefore, he seeks to withdraw the same.
