Perusal of the grounds raised in the present review petition would show that an attempt has been made to re-adjudicate the writ petition which has already been done by the Court. That apart, this Court passed an order directing the authority to initiate proper action under the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act for the violation committed by the private respondent in the writ proceedings.

2. Re-adjudication of merits in the review petition, is impermissible since the grounds raised in the present review petition is insufficient nor the petitioner has established any error apparent warranting interference to review the order passed in the writ petition.
