Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the entire records of the impugned orders passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.47993/2015/NiAa1 dated 13.07.2015 and the consequential order of the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.402/2016/Tha.Va.(2) dated 23.03.2016 and quash both the impugned orders.
