None appeared for the petitioner and in order to give opportunity, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 15.04.2021. Again, the matter was listed on 15.04.2021. On that date also, no one appeared for the writ petitioner. Thus, again it was posted under the caption "for dismissal" on 19.04.2021. Today, when the matter is listed and called for hearing, none appeared for the writ petitioner. Therefore, this Court has no option but to dispose of the matter. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
