With reference to the relief sought for in the present writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 1st respondent University has to forward the Staff Selection Committee report to the 2nd respondent. If there is no impediment for forwarding of the report, the 1st respondent shall do the same in accordance with law.

2. In respect of other grounds, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the cause do not exist as of now.
