PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.385 of 2025 order dated 09.01.2025. For Petitioner :

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.385 of 2025 order dated 09.01.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in paragraph no.5(b) to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.385 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
