Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing respondents herein to conduct joint survey the lands in Suvey Nos.481/2 and 526/2 of Myvadi Village, Maduthukulam Taluk, Tiruppur District within a time frame.

ORDER
The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents herein to conduct joint survey the lands in Suvey Nos.481/2 and 526/2 of Myvadi Village, Maduthukulam Taluk, Tiruppur District within a time frame.
2. The petitioner in order to survey the lands at S.Nos.481/2 and 526/2 at Myvadi Village, Maduthukulam Taluk, Tiruppur District, which is a public channel or adjacent to the petitioner's patta land, as the petitioner got irrigation facility from the said public channel he had made an application to that effect on 10.01.2023 to the first respondent Tahsildar. Therefore, in order to consider the said application and to do the needful, he has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition.

Heard Ms.Akila Rajendran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, who would submit that the said application submitted to the first respondent would be considered and the needful would be undertaken, provided if the petitioner has paid the necessary fee or after paying the necessary fee alone, the application of the petitioner would be considered, she contended.
4. Considering the aforesaid this Court directs the first respondent Tahsildar to take up the application submitted by the petitioner, to survey the land, dated 10.01.2023 by giving notice to both the petitioner as well as the Public Works Department and the Panchayat Authorities and complete the survey in their presence within a period of six(6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
