This petition has been filed to withdraw and transfer the HMOP NO.73 of 2021 pending on the file of Family Court, the Nilgiris, Udhagamandalam and to Family Court, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. It is seen from the records that the respondent filed HMOP NO.73 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court, the Nilgiris, Udhagamandalam. Now the petitioner living in Coimbatore along two children and also the distance between Coimbatore and Udhamandalam is nearly about 90 Kilometers.

4. Considering the above, this Court is inclined to transfer HMOP NO.73 of 2021 pending on the file of the Family Court, the Nilgiris, Udhagamandalam, to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore.

5. Accordingly, the present Tr.C.M.P. is disposed of and the HMOP NO.73 of 2021, pending on the file of the Family Court, the Nilgiris, Udhagamandalam, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore.. Further the Family Court, the Nilgiris, Udhagamandalam, is directed to transfer the records in connection with HMOP NO.73 of 2021, to the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further both the parties are directed to appear before the 2/4
