O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction for expeditious disposal of the suit filed in O.S. 42 of 2016, on the file of Principal District and Sessions Court, Chengalpattu, now pending before the Addl. District and Sessions Court, Chengalpattu.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that, the suit has been filed in the year 2015 to set aside the sale deed, and the suit is pending for more than four years, now the pleadings also completed, but, so far, the suit was not disposed of. Hence, he has filed this Civil Revision Petition seeking to dispose the suit expeditiously.

3. Mr.G.Sugadev Rajaguru, learned counsel appearing for respondent has no objection for disposal of the suit expeditiously.

4. I have considered the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for petitioners as well as learned counsel appearing for respondent and perused the records carefully. 2/4

5. Considering the limited prayer sought in this Civil Revision Petition, without going into the merits of the case, and also considering the fact that, the suit is pending for more than four years, the Addl. District and Sessions Court, Chengalpattu is directed to dispose the suit in O.S. 42 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
