PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the delivery order dated 06.10.2018 in E.P.No. 50 of 2012 in O.S.No. 6 of 1984 from the file of the Principle District Munsif Court at Poonamallee.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed questioning the order of delivery in E.P.No. 50 of 2012.

It is stated that the said order was passed exparte and thereafter, the revision petitioner had filed E.A.No. 180 of 2018 seeking to set aside the said order. However, E.A.No. 180 of 2018 had also been dismissed and questioning that particular order, the revision petitioner has filed another Civil Revision Petition, which is still to be numbered.

At any rate, the relief sought in this Civil Revision Petition does not survive any more and the same is dismissed. No order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 16.07.2021 vsg (1⁄2) Index: Yes/No Internet: Yes/No.
