ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for an issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner in the name of an enquiry.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.
3. Taking into consideration the fact that the nature of the dispute involved in this case is a money dispute between the parties and it is for the parties to redress the same before the appropriate Civil Court and the respondent police will have no role to play in a case of this nature.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police not to interfere in the money dispute between the parties and it is open for the parties to agitate their rights before the competent civil court.
