ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 01.02.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 7 r/w 8 of POCSO Act, in Crime No.8 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner misbehaved with his grand daughter. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner is not present today.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the allegation leveled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
