Respondent PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the order and decree dated 18.12.2019 made in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.127 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court at Mayladuthurai insofar as imposing the conditional deposit of sum of Rs.1,96,000/- alone.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions from the petitioners, would submit that the petitioners are ready to furnish security of their immovable property measuring one acre and one cent which is valued more than the suit claim.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the order passed in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.127 of 2015 is modified with a direction to the petitioners to deposit the original Title Deed of the property measuring one acre and one cent in the prescribed format as may be directed by the trial Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Further direction is issued to the Principal Subordinate Judge, Mayladuthurai, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.127 of 2015 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

With the above terms, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
