This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 18.01.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28753 of 2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in 15 days for next four months at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter as and when required.
