ORDER

(1) The above contempt petition is filed by the petitioner to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 11.07.2025 made in WP.No.11280/2025.

(2) The learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 11.07.2025, was complied with by the respondent and a detailed order was passed on 09.02.2026. He has also produced a copy of the order dated 09.02.2026. The learned Standing counsel therefore submitted that the contempt petition deserves to be closed.

(3) The learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed that he has received the copy of the order passed by the respondent dated 09.02.2026. However, the learned counsel seeks liberty to challenge the aforesaid order dated 09.02.2026.

(4) In view of the submissions of the learned counsels, the contempt petition is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 09.02.2026, in a manner known to law.
