ORDER

(Heard through video conferencing) This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order of the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Cheyyar, Tiruvannamalai District, dated 21.07.2014 passed in O.E.P.No.84 of 2013 in O.S.No.596 of 2007. 1/4

2. Both side learned counsels are present and submitted that the matter has been settled out of Court in pursuance of the negotiations made between the parties.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that this Civil Revision Petition may be dismissed as settled out of Court and for which the learned counsel for the respondent also did not have any objection. 4.

In fact a Joint Memo has been filed by both the petitioner and the respondent by stating that the subject matter has been settled between themselves. The Joint Memo is recorded and most specifically in paragraph No.3. The contents of para 3 is to the following effect: "3.The Petitioner shall pay the balance amount of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees forty thousand only) to the respondent and the third party on or before 30.10.2021 without fail and in default the respondent and third party are at liberty to execute the decree obtained by them against the petitioner respectively."

In view of the joint memo, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as settled out of the Court. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
