The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 03.06.2022 by measuring and demarcating the petitioner's land in Survey No.814/1D, 811/1 an extent of 1.02 Ares and Survey No.806/1J Re-Survey No.806/1J1A an extent of 1500 sq.ft. of Adagapadi Village, Dharmapuri Taluk,

The petitioner, in respect of land at Survey No.814/1D, 811/1 and Survey No.806/1J Re-Survey No.806/1J1A situated at Adagapadi Village, Dharmapuri Taluk, Dharmapuri District, has given an application on 03.06.2022 to the respondents especially the 2nd and 3rd respondents and paid the necessary fee to that effect for surveying the said land and identify the four boundaries and in order to consider the said application and to do the needful, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition.
3. Heard Mr.M.Selvam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.P.Muruganraja, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
4. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents would 2/4
submit that the said application submitted by the petitioner dated 03.06.2022 would be considered and needful would be undertaken by completing the survey within a time frame.
5. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court directs the 2nd and 3rd respondents to take up the application submitted by the petitioner and to do the needful by completing the survey within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
