By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner claims that his grandfather viz. Rajangam, sold the property admeasuring to an extent of 0.40 cents, in Old Survey No.340/2, New Survey No.175/6, Vadakuthu Village, Kurinjipadi Union, Cuddalore District, in favour of one Thillai Govindan, by way of a registered sale deed bearing Document No.5548/1958 dated 19.11.1958.

3.It is the specific case of the petitioner that the legal heirs of the said Thillai Govindan wrongly represented before the Revenue Officials and transferred the patta in their names as Patta No.1074, and after gathering information, the petitioner submitted a representation to the first respondent on 9.2.2015, to rectify the mistake and pass appropriate orders and since he has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition. 4.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepted notice for the first respondent. 5.This Court, without going into the merits of the representation, directs the first respondent to consider the representation dated 9.2.
2015, submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, after putting on notice the respondents 2 and 3 and pass orders as expeditiously as possible and not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the respondents 2 and 3. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
