This revision petition is directed as against the order dated 22.06.2015 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai, made in I.A.No.543 of 2015 in O.S.No.174 of 2014, thereby appointing an Advocate Commissioner to remove the articles lying in the suit property. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent would submit that the matter has become infructuous and therefore nothing survive in this petition.

Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
