This application has been filed to pass an order of appointment of Mr.G.Anandababu-CFD-Commercial Vehicle (Branch Manager) IndusInd Bank, CFD-Karaikudi, Soodamani Nagar, Karaikudi - 630 002, as Receiver to seize and deliver the Heavy Goods Vehicle, bearing Chassis No.TPE638137 Engine No.TPH501144 and TN 28 AC 3139 to the custody of the applicant, available at the respondent premises or wherever found and with whomsoever it is found and permit the receiver G.Anandababu to obtain police aid and to break open the premises.
