(Neurosurgery) Courses and quash the same in so far as the Petitioners are concerned and consequently direct the Respondents to consider the Petitioners as service candidates for the admission for PG Degree/Diploma 6 year/M.Ch.(Neuro

surgery) for the academic year 2014-2015 and select and admit the Petitioners for the said course and also to List out the Institutions coming under the control of State Government and other Private Institution separately in future to avoid litigation.
