[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN,J.] The prayer made in this Writ Petition is to quash the notice in Na.Ka.No.1239/2018/F1 dated 22.03.2018 issued by the 3rd respondent. 2.When this matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that challenging the impugned proceedings, the petitioner has already filed a Suit and the same has reached finality before the competent Civil Court and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication herein.

3.In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands closed leaving it open to the parties to agitate their rights, if any before the competent forum in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
