This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that as the petitioner has been directed to report before the Investigating Officer every Monday at 10.00 a.m. and on all hearings dates without fail in Crl.O.P.No.15313 of 2022 by an order dated 04.07.2022 in Spl.S.C.No.115 of 2022 on the file of the Special Court for exclusively trial of cases under the Pocso Act, Villupuram.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court. He further submits that in this case final report is filed.
