ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to commence conciliation proceedings forthwith in respect of the Industrial Dispute raised by the petitioner in connection with the order of termination of her service dated 22.12.2014 issued by the second respondent and consequently direct the second respondent to await the resolution of the said Industrial Dispute before giving effect to the said order of termination.

This Court, while ordering Notice of Motion on 13.1.2015, granted an order of interim injunction for a period of four weeks

restraining the second respondent from giving effect to the order of termination of service of the petitioner dated 22.12.2014, pending disposal of the writ petition.

At the request of Mr.Yashod Vardhan, learned Senior Counsel, appearing for the second respondent, the writ petition has been taken up today as "Lunch Motion" and the learned Senior Counsel submitted that the second respondent had revoked the letter dated 22.12.2014, issued to the writ petitioner and the learned Senior Counsel also produced a letter dated 20.01.2015, wherein, the second respondent had revoked the letter dated 22.12.2014. The letter produced by the learned Senior Counsel for the second respondent is taken on record.

Since the second respondent has revoked the letter dated 22.12.2014, which is the subject matter of the writ petition, I do not find any reason to keep the writ petition pending further. 5.

Further, the letter dated 22.12.2014 has been withdrawn by the second respondent. Therefore, there is nothing remains for adjudication in this writ petition.

Hence the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. It is made clear that the other issues involved in this writ petition are kept open. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
