ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent police to give police protection to the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 07.01.2019.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
3. It is seen from the records that there is a money dispute between the petitioner and counter party. Admittedly, the petitioner borrowed money and he seeks time to settle the amount. The creditors are putting pressure on the petitioner to repay back the amount. Therefore, the petitioner has sought for police protection.
4. This Court cannot grant police protection on the ground raised by the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
