ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 498(A), 294 (b), 506(i) of I.P.C. and under Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 in Cr.No.1 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner at the instigation of his mother has ill-treated his wife. The defacto complainant is the petitioner's father - in - law. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court after elaborate consideration granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 17.03.2021. He would further submit that the petitioner after grant of interim anticipatory bail did not violate any of the conditions and he is also regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.The learned Government Advocate also did not dispute the facts submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 5.In view of the above, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by this Court on 17.03.2021 is made absolute and no further order is necessary in this petition.
