ORDER

This Criminal Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 09.04.2015 and investigate same within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard Mr.S.Parthasarathy,learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias,learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that the petitioner is in love with one Pavithra and earlier he had filed Habeas Corpus Petition in H.C.P.No.1088 of 2015 which was dismissed on 28.04.2015. Since, the complaint does not disclose any cognizable offfence, no positive direction can be given to register a case.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
