Respondent Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the Respondent in Memorandum No.2786/OTD-B3/2008, dated 13.01.2011 and to quash the paragraph iv(b) thereof in so far as it directs this Petitioner to obtain a fresh community certificate and consequently, to direct the Respondent to consider the case of the Petitioner under Schedule Tribe quota on the basis of the community certificate, dated 19.07.1986 for appointment to the posts included in the Combined Subordinate Services Examination-I.
