In the light of the common order passed in W.P.Nos.10254, 14406 and 20197 of 2015, the contempt petition is closed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner claims for compensation and the allegation is that the Chairman of the Town Panchayat, forcibly evicted the petitioner from the premises in question. This allegation is denied by the Chairman, who has filed the counter.

3. Since the contempt petition is closed, it is open to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum to agitate the question of compensation.
