ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the representation given by the petitioner dated 15.12.2025, to give compensation of Rs.3,00,000/-(Rupees three lakhs only) awarded by the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruvannamalai in Victim Compensation Case no.17 of 2021 dated 03.10.2023, to be paid to the petitioner under Tamil Nadu Victim Compensation Scheme 2013 for the death of the petitioner's son. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the entire material available on record.

3.On instructions, Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) has submitted that the compensation as sought for by the petitioner in this petition, has been disbursed to the petitioner.
