ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para no.(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.824 of 2025 by an order dated 10.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court and the charge sheet is yet to be filed.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in para no. 5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.824 of 2025 dated 10.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
