ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members in any manner with respect to the civil dispute relating to the land measuring 0.54 acres comprised in New S.No.49/1E, Ammanithekkampatti Village, Omalur Taluk, Salem District, which is the subject matter of the suit in O.S.No.163 of 2002 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Omalur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
