O R D E R

The writ on hand has been instituted to direct the second respondent to return Document No.P/Singanallur/224/2022 in Receipts No.23918/2022 dated 12.12.2022 after registration, to the petitioner.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he presented the Sale Deed for registration. The Authorities Competent have raised certain objections for return of the document.

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the reasons stated by the Registering Authority are not in consonance with the provisions of the Act. Therefore, he has submitted representation, which was not considered and consequently, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. The learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondents furnished the copy of the written instructions vide Na.Ka.No.100/2023 dated 11.07.2023, given by the second respondent-Sub

Registrar, Singanallur, Coimbatore District, which would reveal that there are certain discrepancies regarding the Building Plan Approval granted and therefore, the Authorities are unable to return the document.

In this regard, the second respondent-Sub Registrar, Singanallur, Coimbatore District is directed to scrutinise the document and pass appropriate orders assigning the reasons for not returning the document or otherwise, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
