Prayer:Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed the Judicial Magistrate No.II Salem fortnightly i.e., on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m, and 5.30p.m., until further orders Crl.OP.34279/2019; dated 20/12/2019.
Order:This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.Vasudevan Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.K.Prabakar Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the respondent, this court made the following order:
This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.34279 of 2019 dated 20.12.2018, in CMP.No.3895 of 2019 to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Salem, fortnightly i.e. 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30p.m. until further orders.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Considering the said submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial MagistrateII, Salem, once in a month i.e. 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
