ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner in IA.No.108 of 2014 in HMOP.No198 of 2014 on the file of the Family Court, Tiruvallur to direct the Family Court, Tiruvallur to dispose of the said application at early.

2. The respondent herein had filed HMOP.No.198 of 2014 against the petitioner herein on the file of the Family Court, Tiruvallur, to dissolve the marriage which was performed between the petitioner and the respondent on 12.09.2013. The petitioner herein after receipt of notice in the said petition, filed an application in IA.No.108 of 2014 under Order 7 Rule 11 of CPC to reject the petition filed in HMOP.No.198 of 2014. Thereafter, she filed the present Civil Revision Petition to direct the Family Court, Tiruvallur to dispose of the application in IA.No.108 of 2014 in HMOP.No198 of 2014 at early. 3.When this matter came up for hearing on 05.11.2020, this court directed to call for a report from the Family Court, Tiruvallur about the status of IA.No.108 of 2014 in HMOP.No198 of 2014 and also the 2/4

HMOP.No.198 of 2014 by fax. Accordingly, the Registry has called for a report from the concerned court. The Family Court Judge, Tiruvallur by the letter dated 19.11.2020 vide Dis.No.420/2020 has stated that IA.No.108 of 2014 was allowed on 18.07.2017 and consequently, HMOP.No.198 of 2014 was dismissed.

4. Recording the aforesaid facts, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
