This Criminal Revision filed under Section 397 and 401 of Code of Criminal Procedure to call for the records relating to the order of acquittal dated 12.10.2012 made in C.C.No.212 of 2007 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bhavani, and set aside the same.

ORDER

The criminal revision has been filed against the order of acquittal dated 12.10.2012 made in C.C.No.212 of 2007 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bhavani.

Defacto complainant has preferred the present criminal revision against the order of acquittal. In view of the amendment dated 31.12.2009, appeal only lies, before the Court of Sessions, against the order of acquittal impugned in this revision. Hence the petitioner is directed to file an appeal before the appropriate forum.

With the above direction, the criminal revision is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the appropriate Court.
