O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The school is stated to have been shifted from the premises as per the proceedings dated 21.03.2015 produced before us. That, in our view, hardly is a compliance of our direction, which was to take action if there was any construction beyond authorised limits. In this behalf, learned Government Pleader states that a writ petition bearing No.32641 of 2014 was filed, in which status quo orders have been passed for a period of three (3) weeks, as the school had not been inspected by then. This order dated 12.12.2014 is no more in force, as the writ petition was disposed of on 05.01.2015 after taking into consideration the order passed by us, of which contempt is alleged.

2.Learned Government Pleader states that necessary action will be taken within a period of four (4) weeks from today. Mr.K.Mohan, the then Tahsildar, (presently P.A. to

the Revenue Divisional Officer) undertakes to this Court to that effect. We have put him to caution that any further violation would result in revival of the contempt petition and action against him.

3.Contempt Petition is closed with the aforesaid directions.
