This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the notice issued by the 2nd respondent for conducting 121st Executive Council meeting scheduled to be held on 05.05.2016.
2. Earlier, notice ordered to the respondents. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, it is submitted that, already the Executive Council meeting was already conducted. Hence, the prayer sought by the petitioner has become infructuous.
3. Considering the fact that, already the 121st Executive Council meeting was convened and the proceedings were completed, no further adjudication is required with the present prayer. Hence, the present Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
